About us

Medfiles is a private Contract Research Organization (CRO), which was the first of its kind when it was founded in Finland in 1987. Nowadays we operate in Scandinavia (Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway) and the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). Also we are operating with carefully chosen CRO partners in numerous Western-, Central- and Eastern European countries, and also with CROs outside of Europe (e.g. China), so that we can accommodate your individual needs and requirements. For example international projects / tasks involving the Nordic countries are solved in cooperation with our partner Link Medical.

Our services include pharmaceutical development and analytical services, clinical trials, health economics and regulatory affairs (e.g. marketing authorization) culminating in our “one-stop-shop” service package. Over the past 25 years, we have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients – mostly, though not exclusively, with small/medium size and major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, since we have also collaborated with other life science industry companies as well as other CROs. We have an impressive track record based on fruitful co-operation and long-term relationships and in-depth partnering with our clients.
